Customer Sales Representative

The Customer Sales Representative is primarily responsible for assisting customers and drivers with all aspects related to reservations. Additional duties, but is not limited to, various internal projects, filing, administrative/clerical duties, and assignments as assigned by management.

Our Client Sales Representative must possess the following abilities:

  • Take inbound client calls
  • Accurately record reservation details
  • General administrative/office/clerical skills
  • Be able to follow defined processes and procedures
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter/Minimal direction required
  • Comprehend detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to listen and retain information provided through multiple communication channels
  • Able to deal with client problems in a calm demeanor
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn additional skills
  • Able to put the client’s needs first and foremost
  • Be able to process information from multiple sources and come to a quick decision under pressure
  • Some evening and weekends will be required
  • Investigate service incidents and provide recommended solution to satisfy customer
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical Skills Required
  • Ability to communicate via email correspondence (e.g. Outlook, web-based email)
  • Experience with MS Office Suite – Word and Excel
  • General Windows/Mac user skills
  • Telephone skills – answer phone, transfer calls, voice mail
  • Extensive experience navigating the Internet as a resource


  • High School Diploma or higher; continuing education preferred
  • Demonstrate prior customer service experience
  • Identified candidates may be required to submit to pre-hire writing, reading comprehension, typing, data entry, office productivity, and math testing.
